What services do you provide?

We are proud to offer major collision repair, minor collision repair, paint color matching, auto painting, dent & scratch repair, window replacements, complete auto restoration, structural body parts repair, graphics removal, frame straightening, washing & detailing insurance claims assistance, towing assistance, and rental car assistance. What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process.

How do I know if my insurance will cover the repairs?

You need to speak with your insurance provider to let them know you are getting an estimate. When you’re talking to your agent, you will also want to find out how much your deductible is. They might also provide you with a list of preferred providers. Once you’ve notified them, schedule your estimate with us and we’ll handle the rest.

How long will it take?

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Straightline Collision, we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way.

What days are you open?

We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm and Saturday 7:30am to 1pm.

Can you match the paint color?

We use DeBeers by Valspar automotive paint and refinishing products that are excellent to use for paint color matching to your vehicle’s original factory paint or creating a brand new custom finish.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the auto body shop?

Yes! Straightline Collision provides full detailing, graphics removal, and restoration as well as custom automotive work in addition to automotive collision repair services.

What if I need a rental car?

We are more than happy to assist you in arranging a rental car with our on-site rental car assistance in the event you need one.

How do I pay you?

We want to make it easy for you. We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and debit cards.

Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me I have to?

Many insurance companies recommend auto collision repair shops to use after your collision; however, it is your right to choose where you take your vehicle for auto body repairs.

When can I wash my car?

We recommend that you take a lot of precautions with your vehicle for the first 30 days after repair. If you are going to wash it, we recommend initially skipping the commercial car wash and washing it by hand with cool water and a very mild cleaning solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Let it air dry too!
