We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process. 

You need to speak with your insurance provider to let them know you are getting an estimate. When you're talking to an insurance agent, you will also want to find out how much your deductible is. They might also provide you with a list of preferred providers. Once you've notified them, schedule your estimate with us and well handle the rest.  

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Straightline Collision, we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way. 

We are open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm and Saturday 7:30am to 1pm. 

We use DeBeers by Valspar automotive paint and refinishing products that are excellent to use for paint color matching to your vehicles original factory paint or creating a brand new custom finish. 

Yes! Straightline Collision provides full detailing, graphics removal, and custom automotive work in addition to automotive collision repair services.  Just speak with one of our in shop estimators about any additional work you may need or want and they can further assist you. 

We are more than happy to assist you in arranging a rental car with our on-site rental car assistance in the event you need one. 

We want to make it easy for you. We accept all major credit cards, cash, debit cards and personal checks up to $500. 

Many insurance companies recommend auto collision repair shops to use after your collision; however, it is your right to choose where you take your vehicle for auto body repairs. 

We recommend that you take a lot of precautions with your vehicle for the first 30 days after repair. If you are going to wash it, we recommend initially skipping the commercial car wash and washing it by hand with cool water and a very mild cleaning solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Let it air dry too!
